Original packaging: To be eligible for return, the item must be returned in the original packaging in which it was shipped. Please keep the original packaging until you are sure you want to keep the product.

Condition of the item: The returned item must be in like-new condition, with no signs of wear, damage or tampering. Please ensure that you use the item with care during the trial period.

Shipping costs: If you wish to make a return, you will be responsible for the shipping costs, unless the returned item is defective or damaged due to us. In that case, please contact us to coordinate the return and the organisation of the collection of the defective item.

Refund: After receiving and evaluating the returned item, we will proceed with the refund of the amount of the original item minus the shipping costs. If the return is due to a defective item, the shipping costs will be refunded in full. However, in the event that the returned item is damaged due to misuse or requires reconditioning work, we will charge for the cost of reconditioning.
